Every Tuesday, the Kerala Lottery Scheme conducts the Sthree Sakthi lottery that offers three major prizes to lucky winners. The top prize is an astounding Rs. 75,00,000, while the second prize is Rs. 10,00,000 and the third prize is Rs. 5,000, shared among twelve winners. Note that the first three prizes are only valid if the eight alphanumerical digits on the ticket match the serial number exactly. Each ticket has a unique six-digit number with two alphabets, such as SS 000000. The remaining prizes, from fourth to eighth place, are awarded to those whose last four digits match the respective numbers drawn. These prizes are Rs. 2000, Rs. 1000, Rs. 500, and Rs. 100, respectively. So go ahead and try your luck with the Sthree Sakthi lottery; you never know, you could be the next big winner!

Kerala Sthree Sakthi Prize Claim Procedure

To claim the Kerala Sthree Sakthi Prize, winners must take action within 30 days of the draw. The first and second winning tickets, accompanied by all necessary documentation, must be presented to the Director of State Lotteries either in person or via registered post through insured Nationalised, Scheduled Banks, State, or District Co-operative Banks. Prizes up to Rs.1,00,000 can be claimed from Lottery sub-offices or District Lottery Offices, but winners residing outside Kerala and whose claims exceed Rs.1,00,000 must appear before the Director of State Lotteries. It is important to sign the ticket on the reverse side in the designated area, and payment will only be released after verifying ticket authenticity through counterfoils or other means decided by the Director. Tampered or mutilated tickets will not be accepted, and keep in mind that each ticket is only eligible for the highest prize awarded. Lastly, bear in mind that according to the Finance Act (Central), Income Tax and Surcharge, if any, will be deducted at source from the prize money.
